25+ years in strategic financial leadership
Working in private, public and nonprofit sectors, managing and growing international businesses, there's very little Bryan has not encountered.
Bryan spent 17 years with Delta & Northwest Airlines, initially originating the FP&A group, working with the DOJ and pioneering code shares, then ultimately growing the regional airline operation with Mesaba, Compass and Pinnacle Airlines to $2B, and taking Pinnacle public. He's worked with teams on union disputes, contracts, restructures, operational efficiencies, international labor, bringing on a diverse workforce and is credited with having a highly collaborative leadership style, inviting others to help bring strategic ideas to the table.
Bryan was COO at UnitedHealth Group Global, and President of three global companies, before being recruited to help guide the nonprofit Amherst Wilder Foundation, working with health and human services, diversity and immigrant populations. There, Bryan migrated the organization to a mindset of financial stewardship, working with the Board to implement a 5-year strategic plan that ensured the viability for generations to come.
